On-page SEO service – titles, headings and internal links done for you

When a good business is hard to find in search, the cause is often inside the site itself: titles that do not describe the page, headings used for decoration, related pages that never link to each other, key services buried three menus deep. This page covers what on-page SEO includes, how to fix each part and a checklist you can use today – and how UNANOBO shows you the fixed pages in a free demo before you commit.

  • Free demo – decide after you see it
  • By message, in Japanese or English
  • One person from demo to launch

What an on-page SEO service covers

On-page SEO means arranging the inside of your site so that both search engines and readers understand what each page is about. Every part of it is under your own control. A good on-page SEO service focuses on four areas:

  • Titles and meta descriptions: the text shown in search results – unique for each page and matched to what the page actually offers
  • Heading structure: h1 to h3 that follow the logic of the content
  • Internal links: related pages connected with link text that says where the link goes
  • Site structure: clear menus, shallow levels and readable URLs, so key pages are easy to reach

Speed, indexing and structured data belong to technical SEO. The two overlap, but starting with the content and structure side usually gives you results you can measure sooner.

Signs your site needs on-page work

If several of these sound familiar, fixing your existing pages will often do more than publishing new ones:

  • Several pages share the same title, or titles say only "Home" or "Services"
  • A page has more than one h1, or headings are chosen only for their font size
  • Your service pages are linked only from the menu, never from blog posts
  • Two or three pages cover nearly the same topic and compete with each other
  • Important pages need three or more clicks from the home page
  • Search Console shows plenty of impressions but very few clicks

If many of these apply, or you want to find the root cause first, start with an SEO audit of the whole site.

How to fix titles and headings

Titles and headings are the easiest place to start. Before choosing words, make sure you can say in one sentence whose question each page answers.

  • One page, one topic: give each page one main keyword and do not let two pages target the same one
  • Key words first: search results cut long titles, so put the main term and any location near the start
  • Descriptions that earn the click: say what the reader will learn and what they can do next
  • One h1 per page: match it to the title and keep it off logos and slogans
  • Headings that work as a table of contents: someone skimming only the h2s should get the story

Stuffing keywords makes titles harder to read and less likely to be clicked. Write for the person searching, then watch click-through rates in Search Console for a few weeks after the change.

How to fix internal links and site structure

Internal links tell search engines how pages relate and which ones matter most. Site structure is the map those links sit on. Get both right and visitors reach the right page quickly, while search engines understand the whole site.

  • Choose your pillar pages: the services or product categories you most want found
  • Link from articles to pillars: guide readers from blog posts and news to the related service page
  • Use descriptive link text: "exterior painting cost" says far more than "click here"
  • Keep it shallow: key pages within two or three clicks of the home page
  • Short, meaningful URLs: plain English words, and do not change them without a reason
  • Add breadcrumbs: show where the visitor is and make it easy to move up a level

Where pages overlap, merge them into one and send the old URLs to it with a 301 redirect. For the role and layout of your home page, see homepage SEO.

On-page SEO checklist

Use this list page by page. Start with your most visited pages and the ones that lead to inquiries.

  • The title is unique and the main keyword appears early
  • The meta description says what the page offers and what to do next
  • There is exactly one h1, and h2/h3 follow the order of the content
  • Images have alt text that describes them
  • The body text links to related service pages
  • There are no broken links or chains of redirects
  • Key pages are within three clicks of the home page
  • No two pages cover the same topic
  • Headings and text read well on a phone

Every unchecked item is a task on your priority list. If nobody on your side has time to work through it, you can hand the fixes over in one go.

FAQ

What does the free demo show?

Working pages built from your current site with improved titles, headings, internal links and menu structure. You also get a structure proposal listing what to fix first across the site. You decide whether to continue after seeing it.

Is there a cost if I do not go ahead?

No. The demo is free and exists to help you decide. If you stop there, you pay nothing. If you continue, you get a plan and an estimate based on the demo.

How long until on-page fixes show results?

Search engines usually need a few weeks to a few months to re-evaluate updated pages. Rankings are decided by search engines, so no specific position or traffic figure can be promised. After launch we track impressions and click-through rates in Search Console and adjust.

What do I need to prepare?

Your current site URL is enough to start. If you can, tell us which services and areas you want to be found for, and share view-only access to Search Console or GA4. The accounts stay in your name.

Can you work within my current CMS and design?

In most cases, yes. Titles, headings and links can be edited from the WordPress, Shopify or BASE admin panel. If your theme breaks the heading structure and the template needs changes, we explain that before any work starts.

Does working remotely by message slow things down?

It runs smoothly. Everything from the first question to reviewing the fixes runs by message, in Japanese or English, and you get a reply within two business days. You can check every change directly on the demo pages.
